This fully accredited, two-day training course teaches you the knowledge and operational skills to act as a DPO and ensure that GDPR compliance is expertly designed, implemented and maintained. It also prepares you to pass the Certified Data Protection Officer (C-DPO) exam at the first attempt.

• Risk assessment (DPIA & DTIA)
• Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
• Review of Processing Agreements
• Review of Policies

Day 3:

• Data protection and security controls
• Data protection and technology
• Incident reporting and management
• Responding to Data Subject requests

Day 4: 

• Privacy Programme Management (demonstrating accountability)
• Monitoring, measurement, analysis and reporting

Qualifications

• Upon the successful completion of the exam, delegates are awarded the ISO 17024-certificated C-DPO Provisional qualification by IBITGQ.
• In order to achieve the C-DPO Professional level qualification by IBITGQ, you must submit a portfolio of DPO work experience and 100 CPD learning hours.
